DEVELOPMENTS START FROM HERE
The Jinshan plant, with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons of special methacrylate project, is listed as a “key project in 2020” by Zibo Municipal Government. Three sets of facilities with 7 product lines have been built, all using advanced equipment and production process with DCS central control system, in conjunction with the establishment of a 10,000 CBM storage tank area, where 4 sets of standard drum automatic filling lines and 16 crane efficient tanker work simultaneously on the loading and unloading platform, along with advanced and efficient catalytic oxidation waste gas treatment device, as well as a first-class R & D and test center.
Through nearly 20 years of development, the company has formed a complete series of special methacrylate products research and development. And production capacity can in abundant supply at present: n-Butyl (isoButyl) Methacrylate, Tert-Butyl (Methyl) acrylate, Trimethylolpropane tri(methyl)acrylate, 1,4-Butanediol dimethacrylate, N, N-Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 2-(Tert-butylamino)ethyl methacrylate and others nearly 20 products.
